Job Title: Maintenance Manager

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and schedules for our equipment, facilities, and systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing maintenance policies, procedures, and schedules to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and systems.
  • Inspecting and evaluating the condition and performance of equipment, facilities, and systems, troubleshooting and resolving any issues or problems that may arise.
  • Managing the budget and inventory of maintenance materials and supplies, as well as ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.
  • Reporting and documenting all maintenance activities and results.
Requirements:
  • Experience in renewable energy projects.
  • Technical knowledge and expertise in the equipment, facilities, and systems used in our operations, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Organizational and planning skills are necessary to manage the maintenance policies, procedures, and schedules.
