Job Summary
Puratos is seeking an HR and Admin Executive to join our team in Puratos Philippines. This role involves ensuring smooth office operations by supporting various HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 2-3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles.

Main Responsibilities
As an HR and Admin Executive, your duties will include:
  • Maintaining comprehensive employee records, such as payroll and timekeeping records, ATM account management, and biometric enrollment.
  • Ensuring compliance with government regulations and upholding data privacy and other compliance measures.
  • Developing and sustaining an organized filing system.
  • Updating all HR and Admin trackers and preparing reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Competencies
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will also possess proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
