About This Position

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully handling customer escalations and concerns effectively via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess and resolve credit-related concerns, ensuring seamless communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, escalation cases, and resolution outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer satisfaction, credit issues, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership or coaching role, with a strong background in sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and think critically.
