Client Service Officer/Paraplanner

This is an exciting opportunity to enhance the client experience as a seasoned professional. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional support across client service and paraplanning tasks.

As a Client Service Officer/Paraplanner, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end client service processes
  • Preparing and reviewing Statements of Advice (SoAs), Records of Advice (RoAs), and other compliance-related documents
  • Supporting financial advisers with paraplanning tasks
  • Maintaining and updating client records in CRM systems
  • Liaising with product providers and clients to follow up on applications, transactions, and outstanding requirements
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in client services, paraplanning, or a similar role in financial planning/wealth management
  • A strong understanding of financial planning processes and compliance requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to liaise confidently with advisers, providers, and clients
  • Proficiency with financial planning software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite

While the role is currently remote, there are plans to establish a physical office to encourage camaraderie and collaboration. Team members will also have opportunities to travel to Australia periodically to strengthen connections with the onshore team.
