Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and recovering outstanding debts on behalf of the company, while maintaining positive customer relations and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact debtors to negotiate payment arrangements and recover unpaid debts.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of collection activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and minimize financial losses.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license with Restriction #1.
  • Basic knowledge of computation using a calculator.

  • Demonstrate integrity, loyalty, and a strong work ethic.
