Role Overview

This position involves providing exceptional digital marketing support to clients globally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via live chat, email, phone, and Zoom.

The successful applicant will log support tickets corresponding to customer-reported incidents, update and track the status within the ticketing system, and gather customer feedback on reported issues.

Liaising with relevant departments for resolution and developing a consultative relationship with assigned accounts is crucial.

The role also involves conducting training sessions, ensuring consistent customer engagement and satisfaction, and preparing periodic reports for the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer service activities via multiple channels
  • Logging and updating support tickets in the ticketing system
  • Gathering customer feedback and escalating issues when necessary
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Conducting training sessions and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Preparing reports for the management team

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in customer success, account management, or B2B client service experience
  • Experience with ticketing and live chat support
  • Excellent verbal and written business communication skills in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable and proficient in customer interactions
  • Ability to uphold customer relationships, professionalism, and high ethical standards
  • Ability to manage customer escalations and challenging interactions in a calm and dignified manner
  • Ability to liaise with various internal teams to resolve customer-reported tickets
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritize effectively
