About the Role

We are seeking a talented Financial Reporting Specialist to join our finance team as a General Ledger Accounting expert. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and impact within our organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing processes that align with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and our accounting guidelines.
  • Defining performance metrics to evaluate process efficiency and driving process enhancements through collaboration with delivery teams and stakeholders.
  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert for SAP Material Ledger, ensuring accurate inventory accounting and balance sheet reporting.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure standardized processes are applied during ERP rollouts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Deep expertise in General Ledger Accounting and a solid understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP FI, CO, and Material Ledger, along with related ERP tools.
  • Proven ability to design, optimize, and document end-to-end accounting processes with a focus on compliance and efficiency.

You will also have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
