About the Role:

As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in developing and executing our email marketing strategy, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives
- Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and edit email campaigns, newsletters, and other content materials
- Design and execute A/B testing and experimentation strategies to optimize email performance and improve ROI
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on email campaign performance, open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other key metrics

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a strategic or leadership role
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing high-performing email marketing campaigns
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling subject lines, copy, and calls-to-action
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience with email marketing automation platforms, such as Mailchimp or Marketo
