  • Conduct actuarial audits for both North America and International business units, ensuring high-quality results.

  • Develop and maintain the CU Risk-Based Audit Dashboard, providing valuable insights into our operations.

  • Provide expert training on actuarial concepts to the CU audit team, enhancing their skills and knowledge.

  • Assist with special projects and complete ad-hoc requests as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated interest in actuarial science and insurance; no prior experience required.

  • Potential to complete actuarial exams and achieve professional property & casualty actuarial credentials.

  • Proficiency in software applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of programming languages (SQL, Snowflake, VBA, Python, etc.) and willingness to learn new tools.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical audiences.

  • Able to lead discussions with cross-functional teams and effectively collaborate with business partners.

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong foundation in theoretical concepts, work quality, productivity, creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving.

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Actuarial Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economics.
