• Develop learning objectives to include audience, behavior, conditions, and standards, ensuring targeted and impactful learning experiences.
• Assess the current state of training content across accounts and drive improvements, creativity, and innovation in the way training content is displayed and distributed.

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with the creative use of instructional design technologies, enabling innovative and interactive learning experiences.
• Expertise in adult learning and all aspects of instructional design for various formats, including instructor-led, eLearning, mobile, and performance support.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines, manage heavy workloads, and prioritize tasks.
