Investment Banking Associate

We are seeking a highly capable Investment Banking Associate to support deal execution across M&A and capital markets. This role offers hands-on experience with seasoned founders, leadership opportunities, and a collaborative culture that values work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market research including competitor analysis, industry research, and using raw datasets to create insights into niche subject areas.
  • Lead financial modeling and valuation analyses, by taking raw financial data from clients and creating transaction structuring, working capital pegs, and LBO models.
  • Develop client-facing materials for M&A and capital markets transactions, including strategic presentations and confidential information memorandums.
  • Work closely with senior team members and clients to execute transactions and assess strategic alternatives.
  • Manage execution processes, ensuring seamless transaction workflows and high-quality deliverables.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years in investment banking or comparable experience (top-tier consulting or sell-side equity research with relevant transaction exposure will be considered). Transaction advisory roles will be considered depending on exposure and role.
  • Strong academic credentials preferred, though not required.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and financial modeling, including LBO, 3-statement modeling, and detailed business plan forecasting.
  • Ability to adapt, use new tools, and find creative solutions to aid efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • A highly driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate with a high degree of independence.
  • Directly working with the client, communicating with the client, providing services, and addressing client-related matters independently.
