About the Job:
As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting initial interviews and coordinating with hiring managers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
