Job Description:

  1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
    • Utilize multiple channels to post job ads and engage with potential candidates.
    • Effectively manage applicant interactions and updates within the ATS.
    • Proactively identify and source high-quality candidates through online research and networking.
  2. Recruitment Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Compile and maintain detailed lead sheets in Excel, tracking candidate progress and recruitment metrics.
    • Apply analytical skills to interpret and present recruitment data, providing actionable insights for the team.
    • Develop and distribute comprehensive reports on recruitment performance and candidate pipelines.
  3. Candidate Relationship Management:
    • Establish professional communication channels with candidates, addressing inquiries and scheduling interviews as needed.
    • Foster positive relationships with candidates throughout the application process.
  4. Digital Marketing and Social Media:
    • Leverage social media platforms to promote job openings and employer branding initiatives.
    • Contribute to content creation efforts aimed at attracting top talent.
    • Respond promptly to social media inquiries or comments in a professional manner.
  5. Administrative and Coordination:
    • Support the recruitment team in coordinating logistics for interviews, meetings, and onboarding sessions.
    • Prepare and distribute necessary documentation and presentations for recruitment purposes.
    • Attend to miscellaneous administrative tasks as required to facilitate the recruitment process.
  6. Collaboration and Improvement:
    • Engage in collaborative efforts with the recruitment team to understand role expectations and priorities.
    • Offer constructive suggestions to enhance sourcing strategies and workflows.
