Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customer solutions engineering teams during implementation of customer-centric solutions
  • Cross-functional coordination with various teams and customers to support voice and data services installation
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of specific products and understand end-to-end processes
  • Identify and resolve process inefficiencies, continually seeking improvements
  • Collect and share customer information to aid internal teams such as sales and marketing
  • Process request forms related to network builds
  • Uncover revenue-generating opportunities and communicate them to the sales team
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with IP networking
  • Proven skills in routing protocols such as Firewall mechanisms, IP VPN, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, EIGRP, SIPT
  • Hands-on experience in routing and switching
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with task prioritization abilities
  • Effective interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills in customer interactions
