At the forefront of electronic engineering innovation, a leadership position is available to oversee teams designing and delivering high-performance power supplies.

Key responsibilities include leading engineers to achieve design goals, developing and implementing plans for power supply development, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness, and managing engineers working collaboratively across business units.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering, a minimum of 10 years' experience in the power supply industry, and strong technical expertise in power supply design, component characteristics, and electrical circuit analysis. Leadership skills, excellent organizational and communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also essential.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering.
