About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning Equipment Specialist to join our team at TGServices, Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of all aircon units, generator sets, and power supply equipment across various facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in the proper operation, repair, and maintenance of all aircon units, generator sets, and power supply equipment.
  • Participate in the execution or renovation works and other electrical, mechanical, and plumbing maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure that all maintenance works are performed safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct minor troubleshooting and repairs, including replacement of faulty light bulbs, repair of non-functional switches and outlets, and plumbing works.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Drive to corporate clients' facilities to assist in troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
