As a Senior Auditor, you will play a critical role in monitoring subject matter developments related to audit, assurance, and other services, including global methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the dissemination of relevant practice developments within the Firm.
  • Review memos and materials for release by the Director of Professional Practice (DPP).
  • Evaluate the required process for drafting memos, alerts, and reminders.
  • Confirm the robustness of drafting and review made on drafts.

Additionally, you will provide consultation and respond to technical queries on complex audit requirements, oversee and guide subordinates in handling consultations and queries, and perform Financial Statements Quality Control Reviews (FSQCR).

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Any or a combination of work experience (4 or more years) in managerial roles or senior technical roles in public audit.
  • Involvement in audit quality/methodology initiatives.
  • Preparation of training content related to complex auditing requirements.
  • Preparation of internal and/or external formal communications and materials.
