About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Professional to join our team. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving our sales and revenue growth by conducting cold calls to potential business owners.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to potential businesses from provided leads or cold calling lists.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Deliver a compelling sales pitch and provide online demos of our product to clients.
- Engage in active listening to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Effectively handle objections and address concerns to maximize sales opportunities.
