Key Role in Marketing Team

The successful candidate will play a vital part in driving the success of our early-stage marketing team.

  • Oversight and management of the ad creative production pipeline from concept to media buyer handoff.
  • Tracking and monitoring production details across vendors, freelancers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Meticulous quality control on all creative assets and flagging compliance or brand guideline issues.
  • Organization and maintenance of accessible repositories for creative assets and affiliate documentation.
  • End-to-end management of creator relationships, including onboarding, platform setup, and campaign management.
  • Delivery of weekly Meta ads performance reports highlighting winning/losing creators, concepts, and hooks, collaborating with media buyers for deeper insights.

Prior Experience Requirements
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing coordination/project management at a consumer goods or wellness brand.
  • Proven track record of managing creative pipelines and meeting aggressive deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social, affiliate marketing, and TikTok Shop, including working with freelance creators.
  • Experience with Linear (or similar PM tools) and agile methodology is a plus.
  • Basic analytics skills and familiarity with key paid social advertising metrics.
  • Excellent written communication and experience with Linear (or similar PM tools).

This role requires availability during USA working hours and a proven track record of delivering results under demanding timelines.
