We are seeking a highly skilled Production Artist to join our team at iSupport Worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and adapting artwork, producing renders, refining layouts, and preparing designs for production. This includes designing and creating product base artworks based on design specifications, owning base artwork from concept and render through various development stages into production, and modifying and revising existing base artwork designs to meet customer expectations.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Creating product renders (2 views/product with various colorways).
  • Updating simple materials as needed; complex materials will be provided by the design team.
  • Rendering assigned projects in Keyshot.
  • Outputting files for review and conducting complete revision rounds leading to final approval.
  • Cropping renderings (to extents) and uploading to the Data Asset Management system with basic tags and/or metadata applied.
  • Taking an active role in growing the design function within the organization.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider design and product creation team to promote world-class design.
  • Managing internal communications across a complex matrix, including product management, industrial design, and CMF design.
  • Maintaining clean and consistent archives of final files in the graphics server.
  • Resolving any artwork issues that arise during production.
Requirements:
  • You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Graphic Artist or a similar role.
  • You possess proficiency in Keyshot and rendering, as well as strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • You have a solid understanding of brand guidelines and familiarity with the creative and print production process.
  • You excel in collaboration and communication, with strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
