We are seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing new starters and leavers, maintaining up-to-date records of employee benefit information, and collating timesheet data.
You will also be required to create and maintain all employee personnel files, process weekly and monthly payrolls, including statutory returns, and deal with employee salary and payroll queries.
In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining the payroll database, including sickness and holiday absences, processing all paperwork associated with employment changes and variations to contracts, and assisting with reporting from payroll in line with business requirements.
