Financial Planning Specialist

We are seeking driven and passionate professionals to fill key roles in financial planning. The successful candidates will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting clients, creating life insurance proposals, and delivering personalized solutions to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and provide tailored solutions. They will also be willing to undergo extensive training and development programs to enhance their knowledge and skills in this field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and prospect clients through various channels
  • Prepare life insurance proposals that meet client needs
  • Deliver personalized insurance and investment solutions to help clients achieve their financial objectives
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Qualifications:
  • At least a college-level education; fresh graduates and undergraduates welcome
  • At least 6 months of relevant work experience
  • No prior insurance industry experience required, but sales experience preferred
  • Willingness to undergo training and licensure examination
  • Strong social media presence an advantage
