Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at San Miguel Integrated Logistics Services, Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of tasks and activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all received and submitted documents.
  • Ensure correctness, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with guidelines/standards for all declared cost-involved transactions.
  • Monitor Petty Cash Fund status of each site as well as the liquidation of cash advances.
  • Verify PRMs submitted by sites are correct, accurate, and have complete attachments.
  • Ensure all domestic travels of personnel abide by company guidelines, concerning budget for transportation, meals, flights, and hotel accommodations.

Requirements:

  • College graduate, preferably with a degree in business management, mass communication, or financial management.
  • At least one (1) year of actual work experience in similar or related positions. Fresh graduates are considered.
  • Must possess good oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate, must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Must know how to generate management reports, particularly on financial matters.
  • Willing to be a fixed-term employee for 6 months.
