About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Growth Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to grow resource development (RD) and program portfolios and impact.

This position will report to the Resource Development (RD) Director and work closely with Asia Pacific (AP) and global teams to support National Organizations (NO's) to significantly grow their revenues. You will be responsible for building relationships with donors, managing proposals and reports, and developing and implementing fundraising strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in fundraising and program development, with a proven track record of working with corporate and institutional donors. They will also possess excellent planning, project management, and facilitation skills, as well as outstanding oral and written communication skills.
