Job Summary:

As a Senior NetSuite Implementation Specialist for IQBackOffice, you will play a key role in leading and managing the implementation of new NetSuite functionality, optimization, and ongoing support. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of NetSuite projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners, to gather requirements and provide project updates.
  • Resource Management: Effectively allocate resources, balancing project priorities and workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Training and Support: Coordinate training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the NetSuite system.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes and propose enhancements to optimize NetSuite functionality and performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite functionality, modules, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Salary Estimate: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
