Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, managing day-to-day operations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and manage additional resources as needed
  • Identify unmatched companies in the back-office section and manually match them
  • Track and report discrepancies in naming and address which were cause of the missed match
  • Identify and periodically export companies candidates for google maps enrichment
  • Communicate with the business unit and data providers
  • Keep monitoring other cases of inconsistencies
  • Be a support on generating periodical reporting and statistics

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

  • 4-7 years of work experience in Banking

  • Ability to analyze data to identify inconsistencies and quality issues

  • Capacity to troubleshoot and precision to resolve data issues and discrepancies

  • Familiarity with batch processing and data manipulation tools

  • Communication skills for coordinating with the business unit and data providers

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively

  • Reporting and documentation: generating and maintaining reports, statistics, and documentation
