About the Role
  • Operational Leadership:
    Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth execution of AI projects, from development to deployment.
  • Process Improvement:
    Identify areas for operational improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Team Management:
    Oversee operations staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and facilitating professional development.
  • Project Management:
    Ensure that AI projects are delivered on time and within budget, coordinating efforts between various teams and departments.
  • Budgeting & Cost Management:
    Develop and manage operational budgets to ensure the financial efficiency of AI operations.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the AI or tech industry.
  • Solid understanding of AI technologies, machine learning pipelines, and data science workflows.
  • Experience with project management software and operational metrics tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in AI ethics and data privacy (GDPR, CCPA).
