Job Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned technical expert to lead the design and implementation of enterprise asset management solutions using IBM Maximo.

This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with Maximo architecture, integrations, and customizations. You will play a key role in ensuring system performance, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end Maximo architecture, covering infrastructure, integrations, and customizations
  • Lead technical discussions and provide expert guidance on Maximo best practices
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical specifications
  • Ensure optimal system performance, security, and scalability across Maximo environments
  • Support implementation, upgrades, and troubleshooting of Maximo systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs

Required Expertise:

  • Proven experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management (version 7.x or MAS)
  • Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, BIRT reporting, and integration frameworks such as REST, SOAP, and MIF
  • Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Maximo configuration/customization
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in leading Maximo implementations or upgrades
  • Familiarity with performance tuning and security best practices in Maximo environments
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools relevant to Maximo deployments
  • Exposure to cloud-based Maximo solutions or hybrid architectures
