  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual preventive maintenance activities of all equipment, identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Equipment Repair: Attend to all minor and major repairs of defective equipment and machinery, utilizing your technical expertise to resolve complex issues.
  • Data Gathering: Ensure that daily data gathering of Maintenance activity forms is timely, accurate, and complete, providing valuable insights for process improvements.
  • Monitoring: Monitor equipment parameters, making adjustments as needed to prevent downtime and optimize production.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or ECE) with a strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration principles.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in related fields, with a proven track record of successful maintenance and repair activities.
  • Skillset: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to use mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration tools, and the capacity to understand and follow direction.
  • Cognitive Abilities: Ability to understand and interpret Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic Diagrams, and P&IDs, applying this knowledge to resolve complex maintenance challenges.
