Spanish Language Expert

Job Description
As a Financial Resolution Agent at RSD Human Resources Management Consultancy, you will be responsible for responding to Spanish-speaking clients' inquiries and resolving financial-related issues. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication skills in both English and Spanish.
To succeed in this position, you should have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO setting, preferably as a Spanish CSR. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Analyzing and resolving customer complaints
- Escalating complex issues to senior agents or management
- Providing accurate and timely information to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (at least 2 years in college)
- At least 3 years of BPO experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
