Mechanical Project Scheduling Specialist

We're looking for a highly motivated Mechanical Project Scheduling Specialist to join our team at Australian Outsource Desk Inc. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating service bookings and maintenance schedules for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation processes. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is desirable, but not required. You should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HVAC estimating, project management, or a related field.

Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications is essential. Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and regulations related to HVAC systems is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management tools is also necessary.

As a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and mathematical skills, you'll excel in ensuring accurate estimates. Your excellent organizational and time management skills will enable you to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required to coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors.
