Job Summary

The Referrers PH is seeking a highly skilled Contract and Litigation Expert to join our team. As a Contract and Litigation Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients on various legal matters, including contracts, corporate law, employment law, intellectual property, and litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients on various legal matters, including contracts, corporate law, employment law, intellectual property, and litigation.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to interpret laws, regulations, and precedents, and provide guidance and recommendations to clients.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, briefs, and legal opinions.
  • Negotiate and settle legal disputes, including participating in mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution processes.

Requirements:

  • Fresh law graduate or under bar/new members of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines are acceptable.
  • Preferably a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and Certified Public Accountant, but an accounting background is not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary:

  • PHP 70,000.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years.

Working Set-up:

  • Hybrid (Mondays to Fridays).
