Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day management of furniture deliveries.

  • Send order confirmations and thank-you emails to customers outlining delivery or pick-up expectations
  • Liaise with customers to provide clear, timely updates on furniture delivery timeframes
  • Coordinate logistics spreadsheets for interstate deliveries
  • Work closely with warehouse partners to ensure efficient and accurate dispatch of orders
  • Track and monitor deliveries to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules and customer interactions
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be customer focused and comfortable working with spreadsheets, order tracking and e-commerce systems. Previous experience in customer service, logistics or e-commerce operations is preferred.

Responsibilities include sending order confirmations and thank-you emails to customers, liaising with customers to provide clear and timely updates on furniture delivery timeframes, coordinating logistics spreadsheets for interstate deliveries, and working closely with warehouse partners to ensure efficient and accurate dispatch of orders.

Additional responsibilities include tracking and monitoring deliveries to ensure timely completion, maintaining accurate records of delivery schedules and customer interactions, and providing administrative support related to logistics and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized with excellent attention to detail and record keeping, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
