Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Bridge Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our global delivery center, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between our Japanese counterparts and international clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide business process services to our client base, working closely with our team to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and support of Japan projects
  • Translate documents from Japanese to English, and vice-versa as needed in the projects
  • Coordinate with Japan counterpart and act as bridge between client and non-bilingual members of the team, translating instructions from Japanese to English and vice versa
  • Produce Japanese and/or English reports or documents as needed in the project
  • Provide full coordination of project activities and ensure timely delivery
  • Allocated tasks are worked under general guidance & within detailed assignment plans, but is expected to think through these tasks, and to decide on most appropriate approach to the work
  • Expected to offer suggestions to others within the team in support of assignment objectives
  • May identify follow-on work to the assignment team
  • Maintain relationships both internally and externally with peers and colleagues
  • Work with a moderate level of supervision
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and diplomacy in dealings with clients and peers.
  • Welcome coaching and guidance from peers with more experience.
  • Be an effective team player.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Preferably with a bachelor's degree
  • Computer literate (MS-Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills both in English and Japanese (JLPT N3/N2)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with creating documentation and reports
  • Must be on a legal working status
