Unified Communications Technical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Unified Communications technical specialist to provide expert support for our clients' UCaaS systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Expert Support Services: Provide timely and effective troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to call quality, system features, and connectivity.
  • Mentorship and Escalation: Act as an escalation contact for junior UCaaS analysts and provide technical guidance to help them resolve issues.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Utilize advanced problem-solving skills to analyze call logs and system data, identifying the root cause of issues.
  • Process Improvement: Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base and improve existing processes.
  • Infrastructure Development: Assist in the design, administration, and maintenance of our telephony infrastructure.
