Transcosmos Asia Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our client service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and excellent leadership skills.
About the RoleThe Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our client service team, including managing budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics. The successful candidate will also develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the client service team to achieve operational excellence and consistently high-quality customer service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and efficiency.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the BPO/Call Center industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
