High-Converting AI Video Editor Role

We are seeking an elite direct response video editor to lead the production of high-converting AI videos quickly and at high quality.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for consistently creating on-brand and compliant video content based on proven formulas designed to maximize reach.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience with direct-response copywriting, ideally for short-form videos, as well as proficiency in professional video-editing software such as CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.

Additionally, experience with other AI video tools (HeyGen, Captions AI, etc.) is a major plus. Strong conversational and written English skills are also required for clear communication.

The successful candidate will thrive under pressure, be motivated by a high bar, and work autonomously with high agency without micromanagement.

This is a high-impact role where your work will directly contribute to campaigns seen by millions of people, shaping the public face of our brand.

Success is measured by output, not hours; meet the daily deadline, attend the weekly call, and be responsive during our core collaboration window.
