Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Unitan Construction & Development Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed bills of quantities for proposed projects.
  • Conduct cost and price analysis to ensure accurate estimates.
  • Develop method statements, schedules, and other required bid documents.
  • Research and update costs of materials, equipment, and labor.
  • Document site inspection findings to inform tender document preparation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to compile necessary documents for tender submission.
  • Maintain records of basis of estimates.
  • Prepare bid documents for project management team review.
  • Provide support to project engineering head and quantity surveyors on quantity, materials, and cost-related queries.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil), or equivalent.
  • At least three to four years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on residential, building, and warehouse projects.
  • Preferably an experienced employee specializing in quantity surveying or equivalent.
