About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Driven Marketing Expert to join our team at WSP Manila, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

The successful candidate will assist in developing and implementing WSP's cross-business and national digital marketing strategy, focusing on building our brand, engaging our clients, and encouraging our people.

This role requires a combination of creative and analytical skills to support WSP's digital presence and contribute to delivering high-performing, efficient digital marketing strategies and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and the website.
  • Analyse and interpret data from various sources, including website analytics, social media metrics, and campaign results.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports to communicate findings and insights and identify trends and patterns in data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Support WSP's social media channels, including scheduling, data collection, tracking, and reporting.
  • Update and maintain website content, ensuring content is accurate, up to date, and optimised for search engines and accessibility.
  • Conduct research into competitors, clients, and our wider social media presence.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of webinars.
  • Provide general administrative and logistical support to the team.
