Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and analyze design materials to ensure alignment with project requirements, brand guidelines, and design best practices.
  2. Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to understand project goals, objectives, and requirements.
  3. Provide clear and constructive feedback to designers regarding design elements such as typography, color schemes, composition, imagery, and overall visual coherence.
  4. Identify design-related issues or inconsistencies, communicate these effectively, and work with the design team to implement necessary changes or revisions.
  5. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, design principles, and emerging technologies to uphold the highest level of design quality in all deliverables.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in design quality assurance, graphic design, or a related role.
  • Strong grasp of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying design inconsistencies and issues.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and actionable feedback to designers.
  • Proven ability to analyze design materials critically, identify potential problems, and propose creative solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and clients.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing project requirements.
