Front-end Developer Position

We are seeking a talented and skilled Front-end Developer to lead our web design initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in WordPress development, static HTML coding, and modern web technologies.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
    • WordPress Development:
      • Customize existing WordPress themes to meet specific client requirements.
      • Ensure WordPress sites are responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-friendly.
      • Implement and maintain WordPress security best practices.
    • Static HTML Coding:
      • Create clean, efficient, and well-documented HTML/CSS code.
      • Develop static websites using modern HTML5 and CSS3 techniques.
      • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
    • General Web Design:
      • Collaborate with clients and team members to understand design requirements.
      • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web projects.
      • Implement modern design trends and best practices in UX/UI.
      • Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
    • Additional Responsibilities:
      • Stay updated with the latest web technologies and industry trends.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
      • Provide technical support and guidance to clients when needed.
      • Collaborate with back-end developers for seamless integration.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in front-end development and web design.
  • Proficient in WordPress theme and plugin development.
  • Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Preferred (but not required):
  • Experience with Zoho Site Builder.
  • Experience with PHP and MySQL.
  • Familiarity with task runners (e.g., Gulp, Webpack).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Passion for creating beautiful and functional websites.
