Job Summary:

The JDVP Focal will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of the JDVP within our TechVoc Department. This individual will ensure compliance with program guidelines and effective delivery of vocational training, while also fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, instructors, and students.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate program activities, including planning, execution, and evaluationMaintain accurate records and documentationFoster communication among stakeholders, instructors, and studentsEnsure compliance with program guidelines and regulationsDevelop and implement strategies to improve program effectiveness

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Education, Technical-Vocational Education, or a related field is required. A TESDA National Certificate (NC) in a relevant vocational course is an advantage.

Experience:

At least 6 months -1 year of experience in technical-vocational education, program coordination, or administrative roles in an educational institution is preferred.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Familiarity with TESDA-accredited programs, JDVP guidelines, and TechVoc curriculum implementation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management, record-keeping, and documentation skills
• Ability to oversee program activities, monitor compliance, and ensure smooth program execution
