Visual Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced integrated designer to join our team in this exciting role. As an integrated designer, you will be responsible for producing beautiful and innovative designs for clients' channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing a deep understanding of target audiences and the client's marketing strategy to deliver high-quality results.
• Pitching creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.
• Overseeing and managing the preparation of all finished files to comply with correct output specifications.
• Employing expertise in photo manipulation to enhance visual quality and execution.

Requirements:

• A passion for design and conception.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a digital agency.
• Deep affinity with layout, typography, and idea generation.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion.
• Consistent record of taking on, interpreting, and delivering design projects within agreed deadlines.
• Excellent experience working closely with clients during kick-off.
• Confident in bringing your own innovative ideas and creativity to projects while working within a broad range of design guidelines across a variety of design collateral.
• Strong client liaison, with a proven track record of developing strong client relationships.
• Effectively organizing and prioritizing workloads to manage client delivery while simultaneously influencing clients with your ideas and conceptual creativity.
• Extensive experience in photo manipulation.
• Working knowledge of After Effects animation is a bonus.
• On and offline design experience with an emphasis on digital.
• Retouching experience and skills to a mid-level.
