Key Responsibilities
  • Account Health Monitoring:
  • Conduct daily checks of performance notifications in Amazon Seller Central
  • Manage Amazon cases and follow up as necessary
  • Stay informed about relevant Amazon news to notify upper management
  • Listing Management:
  • Check listings for Buybox, Hijackers, Suppressed, Inactive, or Suspended status
  • Ensure listing elements are active (Title, Bullets, Description/EBC, Reviews, Price)
  • Update listings and set up listing promotions, coupons, and business pricing as authorized
  • Monitor inventory out of stock and close listings as needed
  • New Listing Development:
  • Create new listings and set up listing promotions, coupons, and business pricing as authorized
  • Set up promotions, coupons, and business pricing
  • Create listing copy using Data Dive and Helium10's Scribble
  • Keyword Research & Data-Dive Work:
  • Regularly improve Amazon listing pages by indexing for new keywords and improving keyword ranking

  • Competitor analysis to increase visibility
