Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, acquiring new clients, and driving business development within a bancassurance setting. They will also oversee MIS reporting, compliance, and service quality at the branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Handling: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
  • New Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and expand our customer base.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Investment Knowledge: Must have a good understanding of investment products and services.
  • BFSI Industry Experience: Proven track record in the BFSI industry is essential.
  • Sales/Operations Background: Any sales or operations background is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Travel Readiness: Ability to travel is a must.
