Job Description

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in material planning or inventory control, with a strong background in logistics, industrial engineering, or a relevant field. They should also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively under high pressure, and have experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Ensure supply processes are robust in terms of systems, tools, and capabilities.
  • Global Tool Deployment: Deploy and support global and regional tools.
  • Project Management: Manage projects effectively, including upstream and downstream processes for Cavite.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory from end-to-end for Cavite.
  • Capability Enhancement: Develop capability enhancement projects to improve process knowledge and provide skill enhancement opportunities.
  • Skill Enhancement: Enhance people competencies and skills to meet business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or a relevant field is required; a degree in supply chain, logistics, or industrial engineering is ideal.
  • Experience: More than 10-15 years of experience in material planning or inventory control is compulsory.
  • Skills: Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in PC operation, SAP, or other ERP systems are essential.
  • Seniority Level: The ideal candidate should have a director-level position.
