Job Summary:

Maintain efficient logistics operations by providing support to the Vice President of Operations. Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods, trace and track purchase processes, and facilitate the shipping of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Vice President of Operations with daily logistics transactions.
  • Coordinate with vendors to expedite purchase processes and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another.
  • Process and monitor FOB transactions, canvass and review freight charges, and coordinate with forwarders for shipment purposes.
  • Assist in TELCO transactions and NTC requirements.

Requirements:

  • College graduate with experience in logistics preferred.
  • Above-average analytical skills, time management skills, open to change, can handle pressure, and passionate.
