We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the execution of day-to-day marketing activities across digital channels. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to grow their career in digital marketing by working across a variety of platforms and channels.

You will be responsible for assisting with writing and editing marketing content, producing visual assets, creating and scheduling social media content, building and sending email campaigns, making website updates, compiling performance data, and maintaining CRM data.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with writing and editing marketing content using AI tools (e.g. blogs, social media posts, landing pages)
  • Producing simple visual assets using design tools like Canva and CapCut (e.g. social graphics, videos)
  • Creating, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Monitoring engagement and reporting on performance metrics
  • Building and sending email campaigns using marketing automation tools
  • Managing contact lists and optimizing email performance through A/B testing and reporting
  • Making basic content updates to websites via CMS (e.g. WordPress)
  • Coordinating with developers for more complex changes
  • Compiling performance data from various platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce)
  • Preparing monthly reports with actionable insights
  • Maintaining and updating CRM data
  • Supporting lead capture, segmentation, and customer journey tracking

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator role
  • Comfortable using tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Salesforce, WordPress, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (or eager to learn)
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm about marketing and eagerness to develop in a hands-on role
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
