The Financial Times Ltd is seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Team Lead to join our Customer Relationship Marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the development of marketing campaigns that successfully move readers through the customer journey.

About the Role

This position will involve working closely with the Head of Marketing Automation to develop campaign flows, ensure setup and processes are in line with overall platform architecture, and provide technical support for campaign issues. You'll also contribute to best practice, adding to the team's knowledge share, and create and maintain closed-loop marketing reports to understand marketing program and channel performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Maintain and improve existing marketing automation systems.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Three or more years of experience in a marketing automation leadership role.
  • Experience in marketing automation including nurture, segmentation and program reporting.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.
