Job Description
  • Assists the Sales Director in creating high-performing Business Development Specialists (BDS) that exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborates with the Sales Director on sales strategies, programs, rewards, and periodic meetings.
  • Recruits new BDS by conducting interviews and hiring individuals who align with the sales team's best interests.
  • Monitors sales calls to identify areas for improvement and recommends training programs.
  • Coaches, mentors, evaluates, and provides feedback to ensure exceptional sales performance.
  • Leads by example, managing floor operations through regular walks to ensure adherence to company guidelines and policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have Sales Team Leader experience or supervisory role for at least 1 year.
  • Must have experience as a BDS, sales rep, or similar role.
  • Must have excellent knowledge of MS-Office software applications.
  • Must have vast knowledge of products and services, internal tools, and reporting tools.
  • Must have strong leadership, mentorship, business acumen, conflict resolution skills.
